Meet Bart and Mandi...

Bart and Mandi's parents started bringing me Mandi after adopting her. She is the sweetest little girl! They wanted to bring Bart as well but were very worried about his quirks. Bart has a hard time after being abused by his previous owner. He won't even leave their property without being physically carried because he is frightned of the unknown.
